I would like to introduce myself to each of you. My name is Stephanie Boyd and I am the Booster President for this years Theater department. I have 4 children. Three of my children, Ciera, Brianna (a senior) and Jenna have performed in a few of the school plays. Spencer my youngest thinks he's an honorary cast member each year.
We are off to a wonderful start this new school year!! Production for the school musical, Once Upon A Mattress is in full swing thanks to our fabulous teachers; Mrs. Barret, Mrs. Brozak, and Mr. Winkler. To assist in making this an amazing performance, WE NEED YOU!!!!!
With that being said, listed below are important dates to be aware of!!
1. MANDITORY PARENT MEETING for students in Once Upon A Mattress-Tuesday, October 12 at 6pm/Rm 1610.
2. SET WORK DAY-Saturday, October 9, 9am till. Meet in Mr. Winkler's class. Email him at winklerj@lisd.net for more information.
3. Headshots for Cast members will be on Thursday, October 14, 3:30-4:15pm in Rm. 1610.
4. Program Ads-personal ads are due by Thursday, October 7. Email to barrettg@lisd.net.
5. Parent support needed for "Once": Consession sales, Consession donations, Ticket Sales, and a Stage Mom/Dad needed. Please contact Stephanie Boyd for more information at fannyfarr@gmail.com .
